Étant tombé en panne de chaudière le 2 janvier , j'ai appelé cette entreprise qui était en vacances jusqu'au 6 janvier , le chauffagiste s'est malgré tout déplacer et dépanné! Je recommande vivement cette entreprise

J'ai eu un souci avec un tuyau qui fuyait AVANT une nouvelle installation d'une pompe à chaleur (donc le tuyau n'a rien à voir avec la nouvelle installation). Cette fuite à occasionnée une inondation dans ma cave. Cette situation délicate m'a obligé à couper l'eau d'urgence. La personne est venue constater la situation mais n'a pas voulue intervenir sur cette panne prétextant que ce n'était pas son installation. Alors que la panne n'a rien à voir avec l'installation car la fuite se trouve sur le tuyau d'origine AVANT l'installation ! Il est resté 1 minutes et reparti sans dire un mot (même pas au revoir). Il m'a donc laissé seul, sans eau, avec un enfant à charge. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise.

I had a problem with a leaking pipe BEFORE a new heat pump installation (so the pipe has nothing to do with the new installation). This leak caused a flood in my cellar. This delicate situation forced me to urgently turn off the water. The person came to assess the situation but did not want to intervene on this fault, claiming that it was not his installation. While the fault has nothing to do with the installation because the leak is on the original pipe BEFORE the installation! He stayed 1 minute and left without saying a word (not even goodbye). He therefore left me alone, without water, with a child to support. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Sarl non professionnelle ! M à laissé avec mon fils en bas âge dans eau. Est arrivé no bonjour et pas un mot, à juste dit qu'il ne touchera pas et.est parti sans aucune raison me laissant avec mon petit sans eau et sans explication. Cet homme est lamentable, j'ai dû emmener mon fils à 40 kms pourr faire sa toilette chez sa mamie ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet homme !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
